		<description>Thanks for this post, Kane. It reminded me of an interview question I had where I was presented with a Kobayashi scenario by a former boss, Will Iverson. (This one involved a co-worker and a client conflict). It think it helped him determine what my priorities and loyalties lie. As in your example, you prove where your priorities lie -- to the team. It also demonstrates how many software people are trekkies! :)</description>
